How to Modify Browser Settings:
General Help, Cookies and JavaScript

Cookies are small files saved to your computer by an Internet site's server. The Denise Brown shopping site uses a cookie to calculate the goods you have selected. Some databases also use cookies to help keep track of log ins and searches. While denying cookies a place on your computer may protect your privacy, it will also seriously limit your ability to access many sites on the Internet.

JavaScript is a compact programming statement which is embedded in a web page. It allows web pages to carry out functions which would not otherwise be available. JavaScript is used by many web pages including the Denise Brown shopping site. Your browser must be set to enable Java and JavaScript in order to access all functions.

Zero Totals or 'undefined0undefined' in the Basket/Checkout
If you DO have cookies enabled but there are still no price totals or you have undefined0undefined on the checkout page it is because your order has exceeded the maximum 4kb that the cookie can hold (approximately 25-30 items). If you split up your order we will automatically adjust any disadvantages regarding trade/retail/shipping costs and refund you the difference. We will look into a way of alerting customers when they have reached this point.
