    • E.U. customers who, at the time of ordering, provide a valid VAT / EEC Trade Number will not be liable to pay UK VAT currently at 17.5%.
      If a VAT / E.U. Trade Number is not provided at the time of ordering then UK VAT will be charged.
    • For customers outside the E.U. - if Customs intercept your parcel, you may have to pay local import duties

    Sorry - we are no longer able to supply essential oil / vegetable oil products to customers in the U.S.A. or Canada due to the complexity of import regulations.
    Only glassware/books/cd's can be ordered.

    ALTERNATE DELIVERY ADDRESS
    Your goods can be delivered to a different address, in the same country, but you can only do this after 2 orders have been delivered to your credit card billing address. Please advise us of the different delivery address in the section 'additional instructions' at the checkout page.

    BFPO/PO BOX addresses and other non-deliverable locations:
    Due to security reasons we are unable to deliver any order to a BFPO or PO Box address.
    We are also at present unable to process orders from the following countries:
    Afghanistan, Romania, Macedonia, Belarus, Iraq, Pakistan, Russia, Lithuania, Egypt, Nigeria, Colombia, Malaysia, Indonesia.
    We may also decide not to complete certain orders if we believe that the address is not secure, for example a communal postal address or hotel.
    If an order is held for this reason we will notify you, usually within 24 hours of you placing the order.

    Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays will not be processed until the next working day
