I highly recommend Carrot Seed for all types of skin. It’s a must have for all face creams! Add 3 drops to 10mls carrier oil or 10gm cream to create a wonderful moisturiser to prevent and reduce wrinkling.

One of my favourite recipes for a facial oil or cream  is 1 drop carrot seed, 1 drop frankincense and 1 drop neroli in 10mls (2 teaspoons) of carrier oil or 10gms of my carrier cream or organic skin cream if you prefer. It is so rejuvenating!

Carrot Seed also has a very beneficial and purifying effect on the digestive system. It can be used for irritable bowel problems as well as for those who have a tendency towards flatulence.

It is also a great aid in the treatment of those who have a poor appetite and poor digestion. It is one of my oils of choice for the treatment of those suffering with anorexia and other eating disorders. It works well with bergamot and neroli.

On a spiritual level Carrot Seed encourages our spiritual vision and heightens our intuition. It also helps us to trust our intuition.
