Clary sage is the ultimate euphoric. It is both sedative yet uplifting.For an overactive mind Clary Sage will eradicate unwanted thoughts and induce a sense of peace and calm. It can be very helpful for those who suffer with panic attacks.
Clary sage is one of my oils of choice when helping people to withdraw from drugs and alcohol. By calming the mind yet inducing a sense of euphoria it reduces the need for addictive substances.
Clary Sage is often used during childbirth. It helps to keep the mum to be calm as she goes through the process of labour and Clary Sage compresses are fantastic for pain relief.
It can also help with skin conditions such as acne and inflamed skin.
On a spiritual level Clary Sage helps to open up our intuition.
