Neroli is one of the most beautiful, exquisite smelling oils, effective for treating stress and calming the nervous system, the digestive tract and is helpful in skin care.

It’s a fairly expensive oil but worth the investment!

Neroli is invaluable for all stress related problems and can treat both short term as well as long standing anxiety. You can even use it for panic attacks. Place one drop in the palm of 1 hand and then rub the hands together, cup them over your nose, closing your eyes and breathe deeply.

To aid relaxation a beautiful combination of oils in the bath is Neroli, Bergamot and Petitgrain. Simply divine!
An aromamassage with Neroli is also a beautiful experience and is one of my favourite oils in my aromatherapy practice.

For stress related digestive problems such as IBS neroli is the perfect choice blend.  Massage gently onto the abdomen in a clockwise direction.

Neroli is also a renowned aphrodisiac – why not try sprinkling a few drops on your bed linen.
It can also be useful for frigidity and impotence that is caused by tension and apprehension.

Neroli is a wonderful oil for the skin and that is why Neroli is used in some of the expensive beauty products. Why not make up your own skin cream – great fun and also it is freshly made.

If you have dry or sensitive skin try Neroli, Rose and Sandalwood.
For oily skin try Neroli, Cypress and Lemon.
Normal skin will love Rose, Neroli and Geranium.
Mature skin will benefit from Neroli, Frankincense, Rose and Carrot Seed.

On a spiritual level Neroli can be used to enhance spiritual development. It takes you up into the light.
