Parsley Seed is useful for stimulating a poor appetite and for speeding up a sluggish digestion.
You may have been told that if you have eaten too much garlic that you can chew on parsley to neutralise the odour. You can also put 1 drop Parsley Seed in half a glass of water and gargle to freshen your breath. Parsley Seed can also help constipation as it’s great for getting rid of toxins.
Try 2 drops Parsley Seed and 1 drop Marjoram in 10mls (2 teaspoons) carrier oil and massage your abdomen in a clockwise direction.
To make your blend more luxurious use 1 drop Parsley Seed, 1 drop Marjoram and 1 drop Rose.Parsley Seed is also invaluable for the joints as it removes unwanted toxins and helps diseases such as arthritis and rheumatism which are partly due to an overburdening of toxins.
Try 2 drops Parsley Seed, 2 drops Lemon and 2 drops Black Pepper in your bath.Parsley Seed is a renowned diuretic and therefore is useful for fluid retention.
It is also used in the treatment of urinary tract problems.
Use it with Cypress and Juniper to enhance its action.Parsley Seed also helps to regulate the menstruation and is particularly effective for scanty or absent menstruation. It is also good for the abdominal cramping that can accompany periods. Use Parley Seed with Clary Sage and Rose – 1 drop of each in 10mls (2 teaspoons) carrier oil or to relieve spasm make a compress with 3 drops Parsley Seed and 3 drops Clary Sage in a small bowl of warm water, soak up the solution with an absorbent material such as a flannel and place on the abdomen.
