Ravensara is my favourite oil for boosting the immune system. I always reach for Ravensara at the first sign of illness. A few drops in an oil burner can help to prevent the spread of infection since Ravensara is antiseptic, antibacterial and antiviral. It can even help in the treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome as well as glandular fever.Gargle with 2 drops of Ravensara in a warm glass of water to ward off a sore throat. If you have a cough or a cold try a chest rub with 1 drop Ravensara, 1 drop Frankincense and 1 drop Lemon.
Ravensara is a tonic for the nervous system and is ideal for nervous exhaustion. Ravensara clears away stress and tension and lifts the mood. Try a few drops of Ravensara and Bergamot in an oil burner.
On a spiritual level Ravensara helps you to transmute karma.
