Personally I prefer Violet Leaf a while after it has been blended – it just gets better.Violet Leaf is renowned for its relaxing and soothing properties. Use 1 drop Violet Leaf, 1 drop Lavender and 1 drop Rose or Jasmine in 10mls (2 teaspoons) carrier oil for a beautiful relaxing massage blend.
As Violet Leaf is helpful for insomnia;; try 2 drops Violet Leaf, 2 drops Lavender and 2 drops Ylang Ylang in a bath at bedtime.Violet Leaf is very pain relieving. It can be used for all muscular and joint problems where pain relief and detoxification is required.
Violet Leaf oil can used for coughs, colds, bronchitis, and sore throats. It helps to break down mucous and eases pain.
