Details
Cypress has a long history of use for fluid retention I recommend using it with Juniper Berry.It is also classic oil for varicose veins. One of my favourite recipes is 1 drop Cypress, 1 drop Juniper and 1 drop Lemon blended in 10mls (2 teaspoons) carrier oil. Use this recipe to prevent as well as to alleviate varicose veins.
Cypress is the oil of change – use it when moving house, changing jobs, cutting old ties or for bereavement.
Cypress is also ideal for those who suffer with excessive perspiration and sweaty feet. At the end of a long day or after exercise try a footbath with 3 drops Cypress and 3 drops Peppermint.
From a spiritual viewpoint Cypress helps us to move up to the next level.
