Hyssop was used a great deal in ancient times and is even mentioned in the Bible as a purifier.Use Hyssop for purification. It cleanses the body, clears the head and focuses the mind.
Use 3 drops Hyssop and 3 drops Juniper Berry in the bath for cleansing the body and burn Hyssop to clear the mind and to improve the concentration.Hyssop is an excellent oil for the respiratory system. It clears phlegm from the chest.
Try a chest rub with 1 drop Hyssop, 1 drop Rosemary and 1 drop Cajeput.
Hyssop is also a valuable oil for treating sinusitis and resistant catarrh.If you suffer with low blood pressure then Hyssop is an excellent oil for you. Use either on its own or with Sage on a daily basis to relieve symptoms such as dizziness. Put a couple of drops on a tissue or handkerchief and inhale when necessary.
Hyssop can help to alleviate fatigue and exhaustion.
Try 2 drops Hyssop, 2 drops, Rosemary and 2 drops Rosewood in your bath.On a spiritual level Hyssop can protect you from negative energies.
